Booking process was easy and uncomplicated. The activities and transportation were good. However, the accommodations were at best fair. We did not have chairs in the room. We carried the balcony chairs into our room for seating. Otherwise we only had the beds to sit on. Most hotels and resorts have a wing chair or a sofa. We had one small bean bag.

We had a great time! The accommodations were great! Clean and free from any hazardous. Transportation to and from the resort was great! Off resort activities were excellent. We had a private boat tour and Maria's house tour. Both were great! The tour guide for Maria's house was well knowledgeable. We toured Punta Cana to see how the people lived. Excellent!
